 "description": "<DIV STYLE=\"text-align:Left;\"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>In 2003, the City of Edmond initiated a large scale easement conversion project that included building an easement GIS database. Source data used to build the easement database included a variety of sources ranging from signed individual easements, plats, ordinances, and warranty deeds. These documents provide legal descriptions for each easement. In 2006, the easement conversion project was completed and became available for internal use. The City of Edmond is currently in maintenance mode, as the easement dataset is updated every 4-8 weeks.<\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
